Doh.. ema has made it perfectly clear, she dpes not want a caravan of ANY type in garden....
So thats thar scuppered (unless carport turns out to be big enough to hide a trailer also)

Robb. Why don`t you do what I do? Get yourself a decent easi-up gazebo with sides. Couple of straps in case it`s windy.Through side door. Beds in van. Kitchen bits and fridge,table chairs etc in gazebo.It`s like havin` a living room ,can stand up inside and you can entertain and the wee man Arron can be sleeping safe nearby. Zip it all up and it`s better than a drivaway awning.
Use the nice new gazebo at home for bbq`s etc. :) :)
