Turnout seemed a bit low yesterday, but loads more have arrived today. Just taken a pic from the highest point, by the footbridge at the far end:

This is a problem I struggle with, I'm getting to know more faces/names/forum names/vans each time I go, but I still would like to get to know more.
We did discuss name badges, or lanyards, at one time, but the idea wasn't all that well received :(

At a bike group I'm a member of they have an A board with new meme era look for some one in a red t shirt with the club name on to say hello and be introduced. They then have volunteers in red shirts to chat to people and say hi and make sure everyone says hi

They also have an hourly meet for newbies and stragglers to come to a tent and say heello it works great I'd volunteer to do it
