I'll be there..

We only need the one disco, and no matter how good your ICE is Gurj it wont beat catdaddys' laser ridden disco tent 8)

How about a 'pit stop' type tent, where you can get those little foibles your vans have sorted? I'm quite happy to do a bit of mechanicing

nice idea  8) thats exactly the sort of thing i mean in the 1st post :D this event has only been booked we have the location a field for a weekend with all the amenities, but the events we put on are up to us, the only thing i'm sure of is we'll have a 'show and shine' and some entertainment in the evening/night :D the rest is up to us - if YOU have an idea post it up! thats what this new section is for, if you think of something and are prepaired to organise it (and if you need help ask other members) then post it up in here :D

Stuff like if you'd be prepaired to organise a 5 a side footy tourniment that sort of thing

as time progresses we can sort out a schedule so everyone knows whats going on at what times :D

We want this to be a show for everyone, with everyone having input - just like this forum is 8)

If anyone is unsure is an idea would not be allowed at billing PM me and i'll check for you 1st :D

I'm now in a dilemma in which to go to leeds or billing and I cant afford to go to both if they're on different weekends :(
