well as a newbie - whos just brought a 10 seat tranny mini bus,and who's' birthday just happens to be 4 days before :D , i could be 'made' to pop down for a day -the wifes a community carer and we have an autistic son, so would be nice to go somewhere 'family' friendly...
anyone know the 'on the gate' price for this - just in case things go belly up this end?

yeah i think you'll need to - remember the referance FT1 to get the Transitmania discount :D

i'm not really much help  - it's the 1st time i've ever tried to organise anything like this - if your unsure of anything best bet is to ring billing for conformation :D

the entry fee is basically all down to them, we have the field for our event but must pay them for us to get on

i believe the gate price is £20 if you are camping but a day pass is less :D i dont think our discount applies to day passes only £5 off a camping pass :D

again - sorry for not being much use best to check by ringing Billing :D
