Event feedback

Postby MinorMatt » Sun Aug 28, 2011 5:35 pm

Hi Guys,

We would really like to know your thoughts about the event to improve the show for subsequent years.

If there was something that you thought was done badly, or really well we would love to know. Any suggestions would also be great :)

Thanks guys!

Hi
As it was my first time I thought it was great. I have been to various meets etc as I also have a capri .One thing that I enjoyed about this event was everyone was friendly and easy to talk to. Wll definatlley be going again next year.
My only critism was the weather SO PLEASE ENSURE SUNSHINE FOR NEXT YEAR1

Hi, just got back   show was great and really enjoyed it (our first transit show) only comment I have is (from helping at other ford shows) maybe it wouldn't be a bad idea to park the vans up in mk order, I no when I did logistics for Bromley motor show this looked good as well, each owner (esp at show and shine days) had fair crack. If you want a hand next year just give me a shout.

Great day thou, and some cracking motors, very good turn out despite the crappy weather! :D

Cheers

I enjoyed the day was some cracking vans there, and it was great to meet some people from the forum. Looking forward to next years show already

The only down side was feeling like shite all day, but not a lot anyone could do about that though.

All good so far

We did try the parking up mk by mk the 1st year but it ended up being really difficult to organise!

Do we have any more suggestions guys? They are/will be listened too!

Nothing wrong with the show, but the 7 day booking rule by Billing is pants.

Next year could we have half a dozen half naked women to wonder around the vans to keep us even more amused lol

I do have one semi sensible suggestion, how about having a tug of war type thing during the day, teams could be made up from owners of different mks etc or just random teams. You could also have tug a van over a certain distance.

A few games etc normally go down well at most shows.

Lets see who can burn their clutch out first. Or maybe not.

I like the naked women idea though. Naked women doing Tug Of War, now that sounds like a plan.

Please send all applicants pictures to me.

pmsl I didn't mean tug of wa with the vans lol and the other suggestion was pulling a van with a rope over a certain distance lol

Then again tog of war with naked women that could just work
