Curious about Flareside Camper & insurance

Seen one of these for sale, can anyone answer some questions?

Its on the logbook as a Flareside, would the insurance pirates and VOSA be interested in the 'load' as it were, ie the camper attachment?
Or would it need to be re-registered as a camper, if so can the No Claims Bonus from a normal vans commercial insurance be used?

Are there any known issues with this set-up compared to driving a normal van?

Finally, what MoT test category is it?
