Lighting options

For some reason i decided to leave fitting my lights until near end of my conversion.. So recessed spotlights are out of the questions.

Ive got some MR16 led bulbs, and want to have some directional spotlights/lamp shades for them, but cant find any that take the MR16 bulb.

Am i missing something here? A search on ebay just bring up the bulbs, but nothing to fix them in!

Iv got a 2m lenght of that.

Do you find it enough to light the van properly?

Hi,
Thought I'd jump in with my two pennies worth, I also used the LED Strip (5m but without the remote and adapter cost about £8). I got two sets, one for the cab area and one for the living area. The ones in the living area I hooked up using a dimmer switch (about £3) so we could have a bit of mood lighting in the evening as we feel they are quite bright! I 'mounted' them on to bits of laminate flooring. They are self adhesive but I felt it was a bit weak so I stuck them down with some spray glue.

Got a couple of pics to give an idea... not the best pics but they are the only ones I have at the moment.

Hi,
Yes I have 5 lengths, there's a specific points you can cut the strip at (clearly labeled). Snip across where it says and use a sharp blade to remove the plastic over the two 'terminals'. Then solder on some wire.
For some reason I took this pic, the 4 dots is where you can cut and as you can see each side is marked + or -
