Thanks for that. I found a red key amongst the paperwork, which seems to work all the locks (just about) although still wont unlock the drivers door.

What is my best approach to this? Replace all locks? IS this a headache?

Hi suffolkboi, Looking good. We are going to carpet ours soon. We bought the carpet already and it comes with some tins of adhesive. Any tips for fitting the carpet? The stuff we got is supposed to be stretchy stuff which is designed for vans.

HI, well i just played it by ear really. Not really one for lots of planning. Just make sure you have someone to help you and make sure any mistakes are going to be hidden by the fittings :)

Any tips on getting the wood fitted to the shape of the van sides? I bodged it for my last one but it was never fitted like yours

Well its not as neat as i would have liked.

I used a cardboard template - propped a straight edge up about a foot from the wall, and measured up in increments of about 6"s, to follow the curve of the van. Then transcribed that to the template and joined the dots.

Fitted some overhead cupboards today - pics to follow.

Yeh, i was hibernating. No stopping me now!

Made an MDF over head storage area and carpeted it.

Those little gaps in the corners have been filled, and the screws will have caps in them. I was fairly pleased with this - not sure wether to put doors on though.. That can wait.

Today i built a new frame for the kitchen. Its only a meter wide (two doors) but will have considerable overhang each end, for storage.
