The van has a cental locking key fob that works OK,push the button and the doors lock and the Hazards flash twice!

The thing is there are also two Sigma S series immobiliser electronic fobs with the keys aswell??
The previous owner said he has never been able to work them out (so basically ignored them) but the lights flash on the fobs but nothing happens??
Im presuming that there is an Immobiliser fitted but I am very inexperienced with this kind of thing!
Is there anything I can do to sort this out or should I take it to a car secutity place??
