Oh I did Rog, she said it depends on the circumstances and the best thing to do was NOT HAVE A DRINK.

That works for me much better than taking the advice of dodgy Rog who has nothing to lose if I get a DD ban.

It's all to do with intention to drive, if you don't intend to you'll be fine. :D
Drunk in charge of your home (even if it is a temporary home) is a hard charge to stick, especially if there is no intention, intention has to be proven. 8)

I was a long distance driver for over 20 years (another lifetime!) and I was never breathalysed. It's also to do with how much you drink and the recovery period, more drink = longer recovery period, it's all common sense.

Wild camped in motor-homes at the side of the road, had a few drinks, NEVER had a problem, common sense.

If you have a early start don't drink, if you are having a lie in and a late start have a drink, common sense. :D

you mean it depends on whether the cops can definitively determine that the driver has the intention to drive which would need to be determined in court and judges tend to be very logical and realistic

if a copper knocks and realises u have had a drink - expect another knock in the morning to double check you're still not over the limit..

Ex HGV driver, so basically if keys are NOT in the ignition OR on your person..then it is assumed you are not going to drive...BUT if it's a mini bus not camper then they could be a bit iffy about sleeping in it..thats my 2p worth!!!!! :D
