sweet thanks,, yes mines same.
well when build gets further down track will get it checked out . was thinking on running some just ducts down the back to help getting temps down.
at this stage can still do with out been ugly but later might not be so easy.
So you think your brothers got better condensers?radiators than your's? as I would have thought they be all the same.
Any way thanks for the help.

Agree re air con I guess but would you know what pumps on either yours or your brothers vans? are they the same? as can't seem to find any numbers on mine,

Mine is a converted 12 seater bus so already has rear and side ducting, can take some photos of it if you want some ideas. If I turn the front and rear aircon on it is awesome cools down very quickly.

Cheers
Chris.

I don't think my bro has any different parts really, just his van has a lot less miles (wear) on it than mine.
Another thing to look out for, about a year ago my air con started of ok but after driving for a while seemed to get less cold.
After taking it to the guy that does my aircon he found out that the clutch on the pump was pretty well worn and needed machining to allow proper engagement. (he explained that it would start of fine but as soon as it got warm, it would expand a little and slip rather than grip)
Has been working ok since then but still not as cold as my brothers.

Looking awesome mate !
What brand is the diesel water heater and how much did it set you back?
Keep up the great work, looks like you'll be on the road soon.
