Finished boarding out apart from the rear door, Ive got special plans for that

with the gaps (under the floor at rear and by the side door where i couldn't bend the ply into van contour) Ive taped it with duck tape and injected it with expanding foam to fill and give me a good edge / shape to carpet at a later date

How is the floor fixed down, have you screwed right through the ply/vapour barrier/celotex/etc, glued all the layers to each other, or is it floating?

Next up Ive built a Seat / bed
Wanted the seat to work as rear or forward facing, have a table option and them convert to a bed.

This is the main seat part and a pic of the side panels that have various slots

That's awesome. I'm going to do something similar but I really like what you've done.

Just wondering how you went about trimming the RAC wiring that was connected to the battery about to do this myself at some point! is it as straight forward as just cutting them and taping the loose ends?
