Dumper is right - be VERY careful you don't drill into any wiring!
Try the toothpaste trick for marking holes on the panels. Put little blobs of toothpaste on the sides of the van where you want to drill the holes, then press the panel against the wall. Take it away and you will have a bunch of white dots on the back of the panel.
Drill the holes through the toothpaste dots on the panel, then put the panel back on the wall and drill self cutting screws through the panel holes.
Alternatively dril them oversize and use trim clips instead.
Don't go overkill on the screws - you only need a half a dozen or so to hold a panel in place, not one every six inches!
