Thank you, good advice. I'm getting the fixing kit from van demon who have a good reputation so fairly happy with that. The rubbers on my windows are perished so i'll give Bezzabsa first refusal and see how we go from there.

When I had my windows fitted last year by Vanbond, he recomended that I leave it two days, then jet wash the van. Jet washing it would remove any metal fragments clinging to the paintwork, and also confirm that there were no leaks in the sealant.

He guaranteed me it would be leak free, but said it was best to check sooner rather than later!

Done one because the couriers stuffed up and only delivered one. It came out clean but the rubber isn't great. The other is worse though. I'll fire you some pics over when they're both out.

Not exactly as the doofus that put them in cut the apertures too big and used sealant and screws to hold them in. Not too bad though.

Hey Ned.

Do you know if these will fit a MK5? Got a guy who's interested in them and he's got a MK5 smiley. I think they are older than that though...

If its a panel van I cant see why they wont fit as long as the hole is cut to the right size.
This one in my van is from a mk5 minibus fitted to my mk6

I just need to fit it a bit better (but its only temporary). N
