The cab has not escaped a few touches.
This is a progress shot from last weekend.
It's changed since then.

Bulkhead is trimmed dark grey to lower section and bright red to upper.
Twin seats removed single drivers seat base added and a pair of red half leather MGF seats added.
Seat base £15 transit centre dudley
Seats ebay bargain £25.25p ;-)
Gear knob now replaced for leather one
Cob light conversion to cab roof lights
Waiting for delivery of mondeo light / sunglasses holder.
Various parts to doors and dash retrimmed in red leather to match seats

She's nearly done now
Definately on the home straight.
Drivers seat needs fitting to base.
Hazard amber flashing lights are in progress.
Awaiting guy rope kit from eBay
And I need to finish fitting the eberspacher
Audio jack socket needs fitting by tv with wiring going to rear head unit to add sound surround of sorts to movie watching.
And cash allowing eventually there will be another 2 leisure batteries added u der passenger seat to take total AH available to 330 which should more than do me ;-)
And that's about it....

How do the birds travel? Do they go in a cage or tethered to post?

Neither.
I use screen perches but to my own design.
The birds cannot leave the perch or hang as with most screen perches.
There's 2 removable perches which also have what I call a sh*t bag to make sure ejected shite don't foul the van
This comes up higher than the perch level and hangs below the perch

I couldn't use this method as theres no room for the mrs ;-)
Made more sense in my circs to camp in th camper.
Sofa packs away and is out the way and a double airbed replies it.
