need somthing to cover the rivits above the screen ,struggled to find one off an old hightop so think im gonna try n make somthing :? ideas welcome :)

Im on with mine at the moment and you really are an inspiration,looks really good.How did you find the rustoleum to use?

As for the rivets you can a rubber screen strip,all i did was sikaflexed it all round no rivets or screws,but you have done a really good job there.

cheers m8 i made a thread when i painted the van most people roll it on but i found it better spraying it ,its simple to work with and goes on good the only annoying thing for me was the drying time

Hi Alex like the way you have the cooker and sink easier to change gas bottle and water just wondering how the bed works?

hi m8 at the bit nearest the sliding door i have the plyboard hinged so all i do is take the cushions off then flip it over and i have a little support that i made that holds it up ,the support slots into the 2 holes you can see there and when its up as a seat it sits inside the seat :)

Looks good I am doing the same layout how do you get on with the toilet. Mine is 68cm wide and thinking it maybe a bit small but need it as its acting as a garage for my fishing gear. Top job hope mine turns out like that :D

the toilet isnt finished yet m8 still need to put a door on it ,i have a porta potti in it and have decent room in there same idea as you some room for the awning n stuff when on the move 8)

This is a totally awesome job. Do you fancy a sunvisor? that would hide the rivets a treat and should fit in with the camper theme too. Have you considered hiring yourself out as a smiley welder?
