Done a cracking job there Alex,my cupboards which i have laminated are similar to your worktop,and got my mot on wed.

thats a really good job, i do alot of work on cars etc and most vans ive seen with that amount of welding needed are in the scrap yard. fairplay to you.
the inside is good too, i do think the seat/bed looks a little high though.

hi m8 the roof is fiber glass so i rivited it and bonded it on with tiger seal :) thanks

just done one myself will be putting a thread up soon (best day of the conversion was when the V5 came back "Motor Caravan" :lol:)

i like the idea of a high top (mines mh lwb) but if its a fibreglass replacement and you cut the original metal supports out of the roof, how do you strengthen the sides,
