This may amuse you.......................
When our daughter was younger we could only afford camping holidays so for a several years camping it was.
In 2006 after a long break from camping we did Billing (but with a Scorpio club) kipped in the van for the Saturday night. The weather was very windy and it we didn't get a good sleep .


She was not amused !, I had had a drink or 3 so wasn't overly concerned. Anyway 2007 Billing approached & as she refused to sleep in the van again I suggested we slept in the trailer.

That wasn't too bad just very cold, it was just so damn draughty .
Billing 2008 approached and she absolutely refused to sleep in anything but the hotel, which is ALWAYS full.
So I suggested we borrow a friends motorhome, which we did .


Which was a good thing as the weather was BLOODY ATROCIOUS .

This man was told to duck off and take a few pictures of HIS marquee.....see above .


And that ladies & gentlemen is why I came to Billing alone this year

huttoft car terrace just outside of mablethorpe, first went there sea fishing so knew it would be good for a bit of wilding as I knew other vans used it and never got any hassle
