knocking noise from back of connect

hi im newbie i just got my first connect 03 plate but i got a banging noise from back of van when going down bumpy road or over humps iv tighten up the spare wheel but it still seems to be coming from there any ideas please

Back shocks may have gone or are lose or it's hte bushes on the rear antiroll bar

What a nightmare iv had bushes changed and still there ???? Also had garage check all the above and still cant find it lol

had an '03 van and wheelbrace was kept in a compartment in back on n/s.....just a thought summats loose

Loaded van up to day and didnt get any jnocking sound so i think it cud be shocks ????
