First Time Transit owner here.

Hello all,

First time transit owner here. (Not first time van driver - I drove Asda Vans for a short time, Ivecos, Mercs and VWs - least worst was the Merc)

Bought myself a 2007 100T 350L for work. Youngest vehicle I've owned...

Ex-Morrison utility van.

By the looks of the pin hitch it's 60K with Morrison was spent lugging cable trailers up and down the country.

Now on 130k with me as it's 4th owner. I'll be posting in the tech help shortly with a few queries about which scan tool does and doesn't work and how to do the pump learn.

The rest of my "fleet" include a pair of ~20 year old Rovers. a 1999 820Si on LPG which is my daily. The other is a 1997 820 Vitesse that has had a few tweaks here or there with a caravan club sticker on the back if you catch my drift  So I'm used to twirling spanners and rather handy with a multimeter

Anyhow - good to say hi and looking forward to spannering on the Transit.
Cheers,

Dusan

Thanks for the welcome.

Funny you should mention that, the plate is for sale.

It's pretty close to my surname so it'll stay for now

Welcome along m8. :)
