Hi hope you can help oil cooler thermostat location

Hi I'm new thank you for letting me join the forum , I have two transits a 2094 mwb petrol sleeper, and a 2.4 duritec 2001 mwb , I have the usul heater problem so did everything to cure but no joy, so its oil cooler stay replacement.
Can anyone tell me where it's is, I think it may be by the starter , if so do I have to remove the starter motor ..?
