New transit owner mk6

Postby J88arv » Sun Mar 12, 2017 10:56 am

Hi all

Purchased a swb mk6 transit with 197k on the clock, scabby but I must say as my first transit I'm smitten.

I want to sort the rust on the body out and make it mint but it's for our business so my lass isn't having any of it.

I do fancy banded steels on it and maybe lowering slightly if any one can help.

Any advice welcome

Southampton built van?  Buy a transit, buy a welder, I think you should get a welder as standard equipment with a transit   N

hi all

sadly my first mk6 was alittle rusty so I let it go to a new home.
that said, purchased a lovely ex bt 2002 mk6 in excellent condition which I still want to lower and tart up a little

I have tried to search for guides on how too but with no joy, can anybody help?
