I found this forum when looking for a solution to the dodgy rear lights on my Mk6 Transit, so I decided to register on here because having owned it for 3 months I can't ever see myself not owning one; it's so useful and great to drive in it's own way-but you all know that already. I'll post some pics, but it's a 53 plate, dead straight silver short wheelbase that is great underneath apart from a rotten near side sill which is being cut out and replaced next week. I am so impressed I am looking for a transit-based campervan next. Looking forward to posting again. Zummerzetman.

Hi Nedforceone, my transit was only a cheapie with no history so I didn't have high expectations when I got her onto a ramp, and was very surprised to see a nearly rust-free underside given how much you read about them being rust buckets. Definitely a keeper Is there a way to confirm built in Belgium?
