I have recently got myself a transit connect 1.8tci 2009 for £500. Bought it knowing it had been off the road for a year due to an engine failure. Turned out the wet belt had snapped... Got a replacement engine had a chain put in the wet belts place, with a load of other work done to get it through the mot and now I’m a proud owner of a nice little connect. Can’t wait to get started on kitting it out some more. Thanks and happy to be part of the forum!
