Want to say a big thanks to all the lads that came down here to work on the project, it was a pleasure to meet such a bunch of decent guys and I really enjoyed the weekend.

Just got back home much quicker without the 6 wheeler in tow

big thanks to Tim (dieselhead123) for letting us use his place this time and good to meet you mate

made some great progress on the van but most of all had a great time

yep ! the van looks bloody awesome gonne be so cool once finished! will be there this sat in full boiler suit after work ready to get covered in body filler. will defo post pix! still not posted ford fair pix yet either

Hi lads, just to let you all know, I spoke to AlanN last night, had arranged to get the van to FordBoyNick's place on Friday, might have to be Thursday now as I need to use my transporter, (empty), on Friday.
I will get the van over to you and hope to see a good lot of you over the coming weekend
Have we a list of 'outstanding missing parts'?
Do we still need the floor plate?

ill have to meet you near the tolls m8 as i will be working til 4 - anywhere from orpington to penge (within bromley area)

assuming i actually get MY area - orp then i can be at tolls by 415-430, got chevrons on rear of work van and beacons, else will borrow magnetic beacons n come in franny (mk5)

well done to nick and all the guys who chipped in over the weekend, the van is looking phat already, i only saw it sat, emma said she see it sunday but typical couldnt describe any other changes than "been sprayed"
(we were there sat night Whilst it was being sprayed )


shame im down southampton til fri or i would have been up there in the evenings
