Makeover 2 - who's up for it??????

I've started a new threadto see who's up for a 2nd go at this

following dieselheads offer viewtopic.php?f=63&t=92342 we have the chance of a 2nd weekend makover near to 90% of the population

the unit is in Kent - ME3 9LB

can I propose provisional dates 12/13/14 August?

as far as i can see thats ok with me

we do have a few other things to sort out - getting the unfinished 6 wheeler down there being the main one

i was thinking myself of setting off friday afternoon and leaving sunday night - as i'm running out of holidays from work
but i'd also be able to bring down anyone else from up here (dont want anything for diesel as i'd be going anyway)

so if this is going to happen then lets talk whos up for it and any posative thoughts - lets hear em

How does the project stand interior wise? I am happy to come as it is only an hour and a half away from me if the interior is to be fitted.

Also, where does everything stand materials wise? Has it all been bought? Do we have plans?

So the plan will be to ply line it followed with carpet then any built in furniture, seats, beds, etc...

Right then people! The dates, 12th/13th/14th August are fine here. It will be nice to meet some of you lads before Transitmania. We will be doing a Barby for all who attend and the mobile toilet will be emptied . Will make room in the yard if anyone wishes to bring a caravan for accommodation, not much room at home! I will be able to store some stuff here in advance of the weekend, let me know if this helps. As regards tools/equipment, there is a range of stuff here, let me know what you need to avoid you lot dragging it down here if not necessary. See you soon lads,

for this to work we need bodywork guys even if you can offer 1 day come along help out with a bit then go home we need you so please put your name down

this wont happen unless we get more volenteers that last time
