Wire ? Drivers seat not fixed help

Wire behind drivers seat not fixed by garage that fitted a new starter battery, any ideas how it fixes in place has rubber grooved grommet.

That will go in the top cover or the side of the battery box I’d look at mine to be sure but it has a swivel base on it so can’t see it I think it’s the wire for the battery monitor system
Easy way to refit it remove the seat off the seatbox looks like you have a camper so no need to remove the seat belt it’s long enough to put the seat on the floor behind battery box

Thanks for replying, can it be fitted without removing the seat ? As I cannot lift heavy objects thanks

Give it a try should be possible but easy with seat off or take it back to who fitted it

You can just lay the seat back instead of removing it. I use to do that to avoid disconnecting the wires.

Thanks for that, are there wires connected to the seat then ? I don’t have any electronic height adjustment etc.
