mk8 windows.. can they be reprogramed

ive owned my mk8 since may, was wondering if hyou can programe the windows to work with the ignition off and can you programe the wing mirrors to fold in on locking the vehicle?

I'd like the option of folding mirrors with ignition.

I don't have wiring diagrams yet but i think that the windows and mirrors will be the same as mk7 and not can bus (99%)
