euro6 sync2 rear speakers activation

Hi Guys, long time lurking but first post

Having problems getting my dealer to activate my rear speakers on my sync2 unit, they say they dont know how to do it?

I have a Pioneer TS-WX120A hooked up to the rear speaker wires right behind the sync2 unit, but it obviously refuses to play due to lack of signal

Anybody with any knowlegde on this?

Needs the vehicle configuration file downloaded, modify the speaker quantities, the upload it back to the van, should take about 10 minutes

Thanks for the reply mate, but got tired of the st.pid useless dealer and soldered the wires for the sub directly to the front speaker wires behind the sync unit, problem solved
