Check the gvw for your van and see if its the biggest gvw, if its not get the springs from the biggest gvw transit. How many leafs has yours got?

If thats the case then you can almost certainly upgrade your springs. My minibus has 3 leafs.
So your JUMBO has just a single leaf? Whats the gross veichle weight?

Bump. Is there any custom springs that you can order? And where's the best place?

Mate they are too new for anyone to know who does custom springs specifically for them. Go on ebay and find mk8 rear springs with more than one leaf.

Hi,

I am thinking of fitting heavy duty leaf springs to mine.

I load evenly and never go over the capacity of the vehicle (2017 MK8 twin wheel jumbo) BUT it always looks down on its backside and there is hardly any clearance between the bottom of the ford fitted tow bar and speed bumps.

Would this affect my warranty? I know this is a question for ford or the dealer but I find them frustrating to talk to. My dealings with them so far have not been positive.

Thanks
