Less than six months old and paint is bubbling on back door

Looks like solvent "pop" meaning whatever cleaning method they used wasn't left to dry properly or was not removed correctly and is now gassing up under top coat. I had similiar problem with a toyota hilux and THEY WOULDN'T FIX IT, tried to tell me it was something I did which I didnt
