Rear wheel well mousing trim fell off

Went through a car wash and the passenger side wheel well trim fell off. The car wash retrieved it for me but it is too damaged to re-use. There's part numbers on it but a google search returned zero, zilch, nada, nothing. It's the exterior trim piece that lines the wheel well.

Anyway, I looked online and I can't seem to definitively find the part. Is there a parts Fische for these vans? I assume the dealership will be the easiest but most expensive way to order a new piece.

Any advice appreciated.
