changing out ford stereo for after markek unit

hi
hopefully some one might be able to help me ?
have a 2012 transit that Ive just px for a 2015 model and have a kenwood dnx4150 dab unit that I which put in to the new van.
firstly does any body know if a fascia kit exists in the UK for this (my van has the OEM screen) found one in the USA
secondly how easy is it to do?
