3.7 litre MK8 Transit spotted

Postby sigtravel » Sun Jun 10, 2018 8:37 pm

I was parked up in Edinburgh yesterday waiting for passengers to come back... a red MK8 came past with the reg EU17FLK. A check online shows it as being a 3.7litre petrol minibus.

Wonder why its up here? Couldn't tell who was driving etc or if had any passengers. Photos should be below

I'm pretty sure it was a right hand drive, but definitely a British one as it has a UK reg plate which began with E. 99% of Ford vehicles that begin with E are Ford HQ ones that were registered in Essex. It passed me as I was parked outside the Museum

^^^ 1.6 isn't a big enough engine for a car, let alone a van.

The 170 mk8 goes ok, but a proper sized engine like the yanks get would have been nice.
