AWD gearbox and front diff issues

Hello,

It seems that AWD gearbox have some issues with differential, in this case 2016 Transit and gen3 gearbox. Bearing noicy and lots of play when trying from front drive shafts.

Now box is on the floor and time to change bearings, but Ford prices are eye watering and bit difficult to find right numbers to chech cross reference bearings. I did two needed one, but two still missing. Any one here who might know corresponding bearing numbers?

The ones which I have are:
Part no 4220A, Ford number 1851670. Cross reference no LM 603049/011 from Timken or Koyo
Part no 4220B, Ford number 2378148, Cross reference no BT 1-1078 from SKF only

Missing cross reference bearings:
Part no 7025, Ford number 1853450, Cross ref.??
Part no 7118, Ford number 1853449, Cross ref.??

Hopefully some one might have these missin numbers or there is none, which I doupt

breaking the code - makes you think youre up against the Germans in Bletchley park ..don't it ..ford zap will not let you see it anymore


Don't know if this is relevant
but this page has the 7025 number hidden between letters

and mentions all cross references ive highlighted the 7025

perhaps you just take the seal / shields off
Yes i know ..no mention of mk8 ...but look between the lines ....and results are not the 82 awd gerarbox

BTW the zz on the end of 6307ZZ means it has a dust shields each side ..these can simply be plucked out ....well if its the right size ..otherwise look for 6307 bearing if the right one .
