Could be the battery is knackered? Unless you've put a new one on. If you haven't get the battery tested to make sure it's OK. Could try charging your battery to full then try again. Remember to put the negative charger lead on the "other side" off the negative terminal, not directly to the post. From what I've read if you go to the post the bms doesn't see the charge.
