Ford Transit custom 2017 BMS wont reset

The orange warning light is on the dash and when i put forscan on it it says BMS needs to be reset . I have done this and the Ford way without diagnostic and the light and fault comes back on . Would it be the BMS sensor on the battery thats faulty?

Could be the battery is knackered? Unless you've put a new one on. If you haven't get the battery tested to make sure it's OK. Could try charging your battery to full then try again. Remember to put the negative charger lead on the "other side" off the negative terminal, not directly to the post. From what I've read if you go to the post the bms doesn't see the charge.

Took the battery out and charged it .Still the orange light is on and the BMS wont reset . Perhaps another BMS sensor on the negative lead
