EGR causing juddering

Postby d87heaven » Mon Mar 25, 2024 8:31 pm

Had a problem with cutting out/juddering at part throttle. I unplugged the connector to the egr and it now runs fine.
Egr is a hella just a few months old. Shortly after I had to have a new fuel vaporiser.
Could the egr be faulty?
Does an EGR need to be learned or can it be reset?
Can I drive it safely with the wires to the egr disconnected.
It's a mk 2.2
