Cant connect to sync

Had my 2015 for a year now and always connect the same iPhone 6 to the Bluetooth. One day last week it just wouldn't connect.

My phone can pick up the Bluetooth in surrounding traffic but not from my van. I have tried another phone and no joy.

I have done a reset on the sync, unpaired the previously found phone and still no connection.

Really need to connect as I get a lot of calls as I'm out and about.

Any suggestions, please?

You could try this if you haven't already, from a previous thread.

Pulling the Sync Fuse. It is the fuse panel under the steering wheel.

"The trim just pulls off, there's a hook type clip you needed to align when re fitting it. Think it's f37 off the top of my head, a 7.5a one. After removing the fuse turn the ignition on and listen to the radio etc. Turn off and re fit the fuse and turn back on again. You will probably have to wait a minute for sync to sort it's self out. It should still have the settings in place. I've had to do it a couple of times now."

I think you have to download an app for it to work, go to the ford website and it gives you the link.

Why an app? It worked without an app!

I have seen this problem on the sight 3-4 times. Each time pulling the Sync fuse for 5 mins sorted the problem out. Have you tried it?

Found this.

"The fusebox is (on my left hand drive car) behind a cover in front of my right knee. Probably left knee on a rhd?
Can't remember the number fuse, (think it could be 37), but it is named sync on the fuse list."

Hope that helps. I had a look in the manual, it is the Passenger Compartment Fuse Box and would be the panel nearer to the gear change side of the steering. Also def fuse 37.

its not the passenger side its the driver side on the left below the steering wheel
i've had to do it a couple of times now its fuse 37 7.5amp theres a 5amp below it and a 20amp above it
ign off remove key remove fuse ignition on (i usually listen to radio for a couple of mins)turn off ign remove key reinsert fuse ign on
as above takes a couple of mins to sort itself out then reconnects to phone
not had a problem always reconnected
but i suppose yours could bs a different problem

As above, this is not the fuse panel you need. "Passenger Compartment Fuse Box" is the description in the manual, it is not passenger side fuse box. Read the description or read your manual under Fuses, it has pictures of the fuse holders and a list of the different fuses used. You need the sync fuse in the panel below and to the left of the steering wheel.

Ok, that worked thanks. I did post correct pic of fuse box - it was just on its side so looked like the right-hand side one

Yes - it said sync is synchronising or something and phone connected. Thanks for everyone's help.
