Are Euro 6 engine problems fixed now?

Hi.
Im looking at getting a 170ps euro6 but was quite alarmed to read about all the people who had injector and think it was cam pulley teeth problems on first batch of engines.
Have ford sorted all these issues now on new builds or are they still a worry? Thank you for any advice or info you can give.
