The new horn looks quite posh just sounds sh*t
While I was under there I could see another intake sensor next to the intercooler
But that one wasn't new either
Bigger knows which one they replaced
I should of been more inquisitive when I went to pick it up

Yes lol, maybe they lied and just kicked the tyre? That's the universal car test when buying, maybe it also fixes broken billies?

I need to do an hour of yoga before attempting anything aesthetic or I'll bugger it up and then beat the van in anger :-(

You'd think you would be able to buy a van pre done wouldn't you

Probably best to measure them, front pads and disks from Ford about 130 pounds, last like 3 times longer than mintex i reckon :D (tests may vary under certain conditions.)

Wooooooooo hooooooooooooo stop. :?

Plastic nipple clamps ? I hope they have soft feel tips

Most of these brake things (yes I am still fanning about  ) are made by the same dude tdm friction just with a different name on the box
Might as well buy some pagids for 40 quid instead of mintex for 60
Same sh*t different box :x
And they supply eurocrap parts ericher stuff

Filled billy up at Morrison's and got a pork pie 8)
572 miles :?
He's reached the never seen before dizzy nights of 33.7 mpg :P
going to the border union on Sunday about 8½ hours drive
See if he can do it without a top up like the lime used to do
Bloody ford
Better give him a quick gentlemans wash first
https://youtu.be/oybSdcfZsAg

Made it back  34.4 mpg :P first time I have seen it say that much 8) beer whisky cider drink from furry goblet :P
Not bad at all when one considers the mk7 did 38 mpg but would go down nearly 1mpg per tripehound
Billy had 3 tripehounds in his belly today so that would make the old mk7. 35-36 mpg so he's not far behind at all
And Billy has 45ps more than the trampy old mk7 had
I shall be writing a strongly worded letter to ford about this and contacting my legal department :x

Got the plactic floor replaced by a wooden one.

And I removed the racing stripes. I had the van for 2 weeks some birds had a shytefest on them. When I noticed they were covered in bird droppings, the sun had already baked into the vinyl stripes.
Well after 3 and a half years looking at them on my former sport, I got tired of them anyway.

Still have to take a picture of the stripeless van.

Has anyone glued carpet to the plastic?
Is the plastic just unloved because it is slippy?
Does it rattle and stuff?
