Just finished a new Ford Transit custom, not an easy job, a lot of scribing and tight spaces to work (in the rear corners and around the metal work) but looked really good. It took two days. I will follow up with some photos later. It is going to be finished in a hard wearing carpet.

Looks great, i am toying with this idea, my only question is because of the raised floor does it make it awkward to get to the tools?

Can you manage to fit 2440 sheets in this though. Ive gone for a similar approach but 2400 fits not 2440. Going to have to redo box and where hatch was. Also how did you manage to remove the hatch? ?
