transit custom bonnet lock not releasing

Hi guys, mine won't release now
No resistance on key lock. Is there any way to get in? Or does it have to back to dealers to sort?

I have this problem and am in France at present, need access to washer bottle and oil top up, did anyone find a way in???????

Try contacting your local off the shelf spares Ford parts and asked them if they know how to release the cable or I’m sure if you take your vehicle down there they’ll probably be able to do it with a piece of welding rod or a spoke

If you push down on your bonnet, BE CAREFULL, i had a stiff bonnet catch, didnt close on dropping, pushed on bonnet to try and click it shut and pop went the wafer thin metal, id folded a 4" dent in my bonnet! Took an hour and a half to pop it out from underneath, crap .
