ianboustead wrote:Had this same problem. The key turned but no resistance felt at all. It went back into dealer and they replaced the key lock assy. Big job they showed me the picture of the whole front of van off to replace it and then the time consuming job of setting up the new lock to work with existing key. You can just slip a short bit a wire in with a hook on and pull the cable just before the key lock if you need to be in. I had to do this for a few months.
