any chance you can put up a side photo . I would like to see the fronts especially as I'm on with those next .
not sure how you measured them when compressed to get the new smaller size you asked him to make ?

New lowered front springs ordered and awaiting delivery in a few weeks. They are a 1:1 ratio of compressed and non compressed length

seiko how much for the front ?

did you tell them all data of your van/bus or just "transit custom"

I remember when I had my audi A4 with Eibach/Bilstein I had to choose from at least 5 or 6 different types of spring set (sedan or SW, FWD or 4WD, engine size, etc etc)

I think that something similar must happen also with Transit/Toruneo different models

The 270 and 290 have exactly the same springs.
I had some made but he made them wrong , we found this out at the garage last Friday and I'm already with a bill of £135 for nothing
He's now re making some more so not sure when. Really was hoping to have it ready for transitmania but it won't be :(

The springs cost me £115 + VAT inc delivery. takes around 3 weeks. I believe Blueberry had already sent him a spring for sizing but now he has ordered an OEM one from Ford to work from

Hi seiko, in which way you placed the exhaust ends to the OEM pipe ?

I ask because I want to do the same but I've noted that the OEM is bent to the ground, so I'm thinking how to put in without cutting/welding jobs.

I remeber with my last audi a4 TDI that after the installation of the 1.8t double exhaust pipes (that terminate 90° respect the ground, so not bent) the tailgate becomes dirty in a while.

Arrived at 7am, started work at 7.30 and was back on the motorway at 9am !
We took 60mm off the height. I did buy the bump stops mentioned earlier in this thread but they came the same size as my existing , albiet with 3 rings instead of 4.
The photo shown on here has only 2 rings ?? maybe an updated design ??
Anyways, went for a 300mile drive ( fitted the mod in with my work pattern for today )
You can feel the van is more squat, doesn't have that "bounce" when going over bumps etc. Feels tighter and very nice to drive
I'm carting around 200kgs as standard
Will get the front done in due course

I bet there a no speed bumps where you live.

Might as well loose the tow bar as it's now useless.
