On the other hand just taken my 6 month old trend 100cv for an oil and filter service at 25000kms (Same as my Focus & Connect) and they refused to do it,They reckon 50000 kms before first oil and filter due,SOD THAT its being done next week regardless.

I've now done 14k miles in my 66 plate transit with adblu. It has had 3 software updates and 3 oil changes. They changed and increased oil capacity recently but I still have dpf issues relating to the adblu system . My van has been into Ford's 4 times in 1 week and they still can't fix it. They think there is a pressure fault on dpf system don't think they no what the fault is

Seen a number of faults with the adblue. A few occasions we've had a field engineer in to help out. Done nox sensors, new tanks and dosers. They need to keep at it. If its going to be in for a while you can ask for a replacement vehicle.

I got an oil change warning at 6k klms and just got another now at 12k klms. The last one was just a reset by ford but am wondering now if it should be a plug in reset as he just pressed pedals and turned the key a number of times. If I knew the sequence and it was alright to do so...I'd do it myself. Does anybody know what would be best?

Book yourself in. You could need the modified dipstick.
