Paint work fault

Hi all

I own a 2016 transit custom which I brought new in August last year, I own a Valeting business so my van gets washed and waxed a lot. Today when I was waxing it I noticed blue paint on my wax application pad so took a closer look at my drivers door and noticed I have gone through the lacquer, I always use the same wax and have never had a problem like this before. Has this happen to anyone else?

Sounds like you've been rubbing it too much ,I get the same problem with my intimate area
