Load space lights

Although I have owned my transit custom from new (63) it is the first time I have posted on the forum.
My dilemma is I would like to put the interior load space lights on two separate switches - one at the rear doors that will turn off band on both lights and one at the side door that will also turn the interior lights on and off. is there any way I could achieve this or is it an auto electricians job??

Google hallway house lighting diagram im sure you can get similar switches as the mains one in something smaller or just fit 2 household switches

If I simply exchange the existing door switched for manual ones, would this work??
