Has this issue been long sorted as I have had a 2016(2017 reg) euro 6 van for 2 weeks now and have had this issue from day 2. It's booked in with ford on the 26th Feb, I'm dreading it having to go in and out and the same fault keep coming back.
Cheers.

On driving onto the A38, it would not accelerate away, then came up with a Service warning and went into limp mode. I drove back to Murvi, who took the van back to Vospers in Plymouth. After doing a diagnostic test they determined that the No. 1 fuel injector was faulty and replaced this. They refused to replace more than 1 as they said the others were not showing a fault.
My wife and I were concerned that another injector would go when on holiday, however Ford would not budge. We travelled to Greece and back without a problem, but on our next holiday to France the van started to judder and had similar symptoms after a night’s stay near Cherbourg. After waiting for the Ford Assist to come out-who were useless- they said it wasn’t an injector and told us to drive 39 miles to the Ford dealers, where they didn’t meet us as pre-arranged.
Ford Cherbourg quickly diagnosed the fault as a second injector and, after two days wait, they fixed the van and we resumed our holiday. I was not confident that the final 2 injectors would not fail, so contacted Ford Customer Support and they gave me an escalation reference number and suggested I contact the dealer that supplied the van when we returned.
I contacted Murvi who contacted Vospers in Plymouth on our return, however they said that they would not replace all 4 as the problem had been fixed and Ford would not pay them to replace parts that were not faulty.
In desperation I contacted the new Vospers Ford Centre in Exeter and was very fortunate to speak to Arran Dyer, the Service Team Leader, who was extremely helpful. He recollected that there had been an issue with fuel injectors in Campervans and was able to track down someone in the European Recalls Department who dealt with a similar issue previously. This person said that they would not replace them under warranty, however they would replace the remaining 2, or all 4 if we preferred, as a Goodwill gesture.
We obviously chose the latter option and the van now has 4 new fuel injectors, thanks to Vospers in Exeter and Arran in particular, for making the extra effort.

Looks like I am another on the list for the fuel injector issues from the 2017 ford 2 litre engines. Mine is a chausson motorhome and went into the dealers in JUNE 2019 to get sorted and IS STILL THERE. The dealer in Glasgow could not get the motorhome on the ramps and it has sat there for 9 months.
I am now looking for another dealer to repair IF I can get this started and moved. Should I be doing this or should the ford dealer be sorting this out.
I have only just found out about the failure to repair the vehicle. Long story.
