Alarm for Custom

Postby herez84 » Fri Mar 31, 2017 2:38 pm

Hi
Did anyone fitted any can bus alarms to his Custom? Any advice which one to choose ? Ideally Cat 1 or 2-1 , with movement sensor and with canbus so it is opereted by oryginal fob. Any other good ones also welcome.
Thanks
Chris

I`m thinking about Canbus alarms that are operated by oryginal key like Cobra A4615 but it don`t have shock sensor so someone have to break in first for alarm to start and also you have to buy extra microwave sensor for loading area, together around £190 without install or just one of the motion sensor install at back instead both in cabin then £140 only.I need to fit alarm because as on photo someone tried to break in to my van and made a mess out of my back door. Now have to sort this out my self otherwise i need to spend £600 on excess if thru insurance :( luckly i had slamlocks from L4V and they did the job somehow and they didn`t get inside :) so i can recommend them for sure and they cost around £50 each plus fitting. That`s why i`m more intrested in Clifford 330x2/3 this one have built in shock sensor so it should trigger alarm when someone start trying to get into your van but i can`t find any info how it really works ? and i don`t see any motion sensor on pictures it says in description it ptotects doors etc but don`t know in which way and it cost £250. It is just a £100 but always a 100 in your pocket if its not worth it ? If anyone have one of them in his van ? any opinion about it would be very helpfull. Any other brands worth recomending are more than welcome :)
