Lots of scratches on my black DCIV!!?

Hi guys.
I've just washed my van after quite long time. It was getting dirty straight away after wash during winter so i didn't bother for some time. To my surprise and horror it revealed multiple scratches on both sides . I don't do country lanes and don't park in the bushes so it was a big shock to me. What's wrong with the customs paintwork? It's not even a year old van and it looks worst than my 10 year old car.
Is it something wrong with my one or is it normal?
Any advice how to tackle it?

i didn't bother for some time

Nothing wrong with the paint, you need to keep on top of the cleaning though. Anyway, if you don't post some pics of the scratches we can't really give you too much indication of the cause.

My van has a MSRP of 43 000 euro.
Look around and see what you get for that kind of money when it comes to cars.

"Only a van" is a f*** bad excuse for producing sh*t quality.
A van is very expensive in terms of what you get for your money.

My van can't carry 1000kg.
It can carry 280kg more then a 3series bmw.

Do I get a discount now?

Load capacity isn't something expensive to achieve, especially in a van.
Refinement and overall quality for a low MSRP is.

I would advice not to spit out what you are, it makes you a retard.
